Mr. Jiten Shrestha was born in a village called Salleri(2413 m) of Solukhumbu District of Nepal. Solukhumbu is famous in the world for mountain tourism. The main attraction of Solukhumbu is Mt. Everest (8848 m). Jiten Shrestha spent his childhood and studied his lower secondary level in Salleri village. Later Jiten Shrestha was selected by the Government of Nepal to study in Kathmandu at Budhanilkantha School. The school was established in 1972 as a joint venture between the government of Nepal and United Kingdom, and was running by the British. He completed his higher secondary school from Budhanikantha School and joined Trichandra College in Kathmandu for further studies.
As Mr. Jiten was very close with British teachers during his schooling, his interest was to work with foreigners in future. So he decided to join language school at first where students were taught about “How to teach Nepali Language to the foreigners” .He completed his learning there and started teaching Nepali to the foreigners who were involved in NGOS, INGOS and Embassies.
During the language class a friend suggested Mr. Shrestha to join a trekking company as his interest was to work with foreigners. In November 1996, Jiten Shrestha joined Asian Trekking (P) Ltd and worked there as an assistant account officer. The company was running by respected, Mr. Ang Tshering Sherpa. He is also the founder of the Asian Trekking. After 6 months of working in A/C section, he was given a job to correspond with adventure lovers. Jiten Shrestha worked under the guidance and leadership of Mr. Ang Tshering Shepa as an expedition manager. During his work in Asian Trekking he organized many expeditions, trekking and tours to Nepal and Tibet. Jiten Shrestha worked for Asian Trekking from November 1996 to February 2006.
In 2007 Adventure Extreme Trekking (P) Ltd was established. Adventure extreme is a company registered with the Government of Nepal and hold the licence number issued by Ministry of Tourism.
The company is providing quality services to every one –tourist, mountaineers, trekkers, poets and those in search of personal Shangri-la. So became one of the best service providers in its category in short period. The company is promoting Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan as a tranquil tourist destination which has lot to offer to discerning travellers.

Jiten Shrestha with Marat Mubinovich Safin in Nepal at Hotel Yak & Yeti. Mr. Safin was here in Nepal to climb his first 8000 m Peak, Mt. Cho-Oyu from Tibet side. The Expedition was led by Mr. Alex Abramov of Russia.
Marat Mubinovich Safin is a Russian politician and retired professional tennis player. He achieved the Association of Tennis Professionals world No. 1 singles ranking on 20 November 2000. Nobody taller than Safin has ever reached the No. 1 ranking.

Durga Shrestha (Kaji) was born in East of Nepal, Bamti Bhandar, Bamti Bhandar is the trail to Everest region. Durga Shrestha spent his childhood in the village studying and helping his parents to run a Lodge which was called Buddha Lodge. While running the lodge, he met and interacted with a lot of tourists from all over the world and later moved to Kathmandu to start his trekking career.
Mr. Durga Shrestha started his trekking and expedition at the age of 17. His first expedition was CHUREN HIMAL with the Japanese , (2nd) Annapurna lV with Germay and (3rd) with First American Women Expedition to Annapurna I. The expedition was lead by Arlene Blum. He worked closely with Irene Beardsely on the way to the Base Camp handling cash and paying the porters. After the completion of the summit, Irene encouraged and helped Durga to complete his studies in Kathmandu.
Mr. Durga Shrestha has also experienced some high passes to Tashilapcha(5750 m), Thorangla Pass(5416 m), Ganjala Pass(5122 m) etc. He has also done many trekking in both East and West of Nepal.
Although the trekking field was amazing adventure for him, he later joined the British Army (The Gurkha Regiment) and SERVED FOR THE CROWN for 18 years as a Rank of Sergeant.
Mr. Durga Shrestha came to homeland Nepal and started his unforgettable tourism business again. He started his hotel, communication and transportation business in Thamel and served most of the tourist. He worked in Thamel premises for about 4 and a half years.
He moved to UK again in 2005 and started working in American Adventure as a Ride Operator for 4 months. Later he joined at Breadsall Priory Marriott Hotel at Derby as a conference host for an year. Now Mr. Durga Shrestha is working at Rolls Royce, Derby as a Security Officer.
Although he is working in Rolls Royce, he is regularly involved in tourism of Nepal and promoting Nepal as a tourist destination. He is one of the pillar of Adventure extreme.
